Foundation for Russian American Economic Cooperation (FRAEC)

The Foundation for Russian American Economic Cooperation (FRAEC) is a non profit organization founded in 1989 to foster expanded economic ties between Russia and the United States, with a special focus on building bridges between the Russian Far East and U.S. West Coast.

Novosoft-Zheleznogorsk developed the Partnership database for one of the FRAEC's programs - the United States-Russian Far East Partnership Activity.

The database will help support existing and establish new partnerships between U.S. and Russian groups focused on the Russian Far East (RFE).

DataWeb is an independent network business application company located in Seattle, Washington. The primary function of the company is to bring secure business applications to the Internet for a variety of customers.

The specialists of the company developed the Inventory Management 1000 Program for DataWeb. This is the web based system intended for the stock-taking activities. The GUI for this application is clean and user-friendly.

RAPP is a bilateral forum engaging the private-sector and government structures to resolve barriers to business and commerce between the RFE and the US.
