During the creation of software development center the IDC assisted in developing and coordinating project ideas, developing plans for the implementation of project, preparing documents for the registration of Technical Assistance contract, conducting tender as well as took part in selecting personnel for the project implementation.

Nowadays the International Development Center-Zheleznogorsk continues to provide business consultations to Novosoft-Zheleznogorsk Company.
